Since this fictitious company is all about recycling and sustainability, I decided to use recycled cardboard for all of the marketing materials.
I created this logo which features a stitched Q which subtly enforces the idea of the hand-stitched quilts.
Aside from the traditional business card, envelope, and letterhead, I also had to create unconventional versions of each item which while still tying into the concept, wouldn't be financially practical.
To reinforce the idea of Quiltees hand crafted quilts, I ran the business card, envelope, and letterhead through my sewing machine.
For the final part of the project, we had to create posters to advertise our companies. Rather than using regular paper, I took a risk and decided to make miniature quilts which were made out of old t-shirts and write eye catching messages on them. I also thought what better way to advertise this brand and its message then to put it on an old t shirt and hang it up as a poster.
